• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools without permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile any component

You acknowledge the following risks:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile
• You may lose all invested funds
• Transactions are irreversible
• Market conditions can change rapidly
• Technology risks and security vulnerabilities exist

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms of Service or other conduct we deem inappropriate.

These Terms of Service and your use of the platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
